Measurement 3 Pocket Body Warmer:
14 long by 4 3/4 wide.
For each Body Warmer I use two layers of cotton fabric. Each seam has two rows straight stitch and one row zigzag stitch for strength.
I add no herbs or essential oils because of allergies. Heat one body warmer one minute in microwave oven. Not warm enough heat longer, to warm heat less. Please do not over heat the flax seed will burn. The flax seed gives you a moist relaxing heat. Warmer helps relive tension, stress and pain. Body warmer is comfortable to lean against while reclining in your favorite chair. Use on any area of the body. I use my body warmer on my arthritic knees and sore muscles after a good work out or yard work. Keeps you warm on a cold winter day. The heat will last 30 to 45 minutes. This is not a cure for any health problem only a moist natural warmer.
